Annual Downtown Trick or Treat & Costume Parade!
Join us downtown at 3:45 at Adams and Water Street in costume for the annual Downtown Trick or Treat and Parade. The parade will start at 4 and trick or treating to follow.
Children Pre-school through 6th grade in costume are invited to participate! Participants must be accompanied by an adult. Parade participants will march down Water Street to Polk Street. Trick or Treating immediately to following the parade at participating businesses throughout Downtown on Water Street, Washington Street and in between.
PLEASE NOTE: Water Street and some side streets from Madison to Polk will be closed to traffic from 3:30pm to 5:30pm for public safety. Approximately 1,500 – 2,000 people attend this event.
