We’re hiring for two exciting positions at our award-winning nonprofit!

The Port Townsend Main Street Program seeks an Executive Director to lead its award-winning nonprofit. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, versatile and creative problem-solver who is detail-oriented, with a positive attitude, and able to build consensus. Goal-oriented, proven grant-writing ability, fundraising, special event and budget management skills required.

Supervisory skills to oversee the work of staff, contractors and volunteers essential.
Nonprofit administration background, and familiarity with the Main Street approach desired.
Excels in team leadership, organizational and project management.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, writing/communications, and public speaking skills required.
Familiarity with social media platforms is desired.
Ability to forge new and collaborative relationships with stakeholders, partners, grantors, the media and other agencies.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Full-time position in Port Townsend. Salary range $60,000-$70,000. Benefits: Medical/dental/vision, sick/vacation/ paid holidays. EOE.
