Heather Dudley Nollette, Managing Member of the Hastings Development LLC, will provide an update on the Hastings Building Project. The iconic Hastings Building is located at the corner of Water and Taylor Street. The overall project includes plans for the historic rehabilitation of the Hastings Building in a way that serves the residents of Port Townsend, its visitors and the environment. Laura Parsons, Civil Engineer for the City of Port Townsend, will present an update on the 2018 Water Street Enhancement Project, which will take place from January to June.

Officer Wendy Davis, City of Port Townsend Police Department, will provide a parking report at the end of the meeting.
The Fall Merchant Coffee Talk is presented by the Port Townsend Main Street Program. The meeting moderator is Kris Nelson, the board president of the Port Townsend Main Street Program.
