Downtown Trick or Treat & Town Photo

Port Townsend Main Street Program Invites you to the
25th Annual Downtown Trick or Treat & Costume Parade!

AND Port Townsend Main Street Family Portrait Town Photo at the start of the Parade!
Thursday, October 31st, 2019

Get ready for trick or treating fun in the heart of the downtown historic district. The Port Townsend Main Street Promotion Committee invites pre-school through 6th graders and their parents to assemble at the 1st Security Bank Plaza at 3:45 pm for the 25th Annual Main Street Downtown Trick or Treat and Costume Parade.  To celebrate this 25th annual event, we are planning the PT Main Street Family Portrait Town Photo at the start of the parade, at approximately 4 pm at Adams & Water Street. After the Town Photo, the parade, led by the Main Street Witches, will proceed towards Quimper Mercantile Plaza; children trick or treat on the way back.

More details on the Port Townsend Family Portrait Town Photo will be coming soon.  Special thanks to Printery Communications, David Conklin Photography,  East Jefferson Fire & Rescue, the Port Townsend Police Dept., and Olympic Peninsula Steam for assisting with this event.

Water Street and some side streets from Madison to Polk will be closed to traffic from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm for public safety at this event. Approximately 1,500 to 2,000 people attend this event.

This event is sponsored by The Port Townsend Main Street Program, Olympic Peninsula Steam, The Old Whiskey Mill, and Generous Participating Merchants!

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to all participating merchants for providing the candy and donating their time towards this fun-filled, family-friendly event! Special thanks to Main Street’s witches and volunteers, Port Townsend Safeway and The City of Port Townsend Police Volunteers.
